I am arriving internationally at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and saw Fast Track service in the SAWASDEE by AOT app.
The app mentions optional buggy service, but I am unclear what the basic Fast Track service includes.
Does the basic service include priority immigration only, or also meet-and-greet, airport escort, baggage claim help, or customs assistance?

It's legit and not a scam, but I can't really tell if it's working well or worth it. The app has pretty bad reviews. BKK arrival is a bit of a mess so this could be helpful especially if you have lots of luggage or some mobility/navigation/language issues. On the other hand, the last few times we arrived in BKK, immigration was not much of a deal, specifically if you have your digital arrival card (TDAC) properly filled out before you board the plane.
