Is this accurate they have canceled the fast track at Bangkok now for Business passengers? I'm heading to Bangkok in July will this be a permanent thing https://loyaltylobby.com/2026/04/05/reader-comment-no-more-fast-track-in-bkk-with-business-class-ticket/
Does Business class qualified for Bangkok fast track
Top Answer/Comment:
On the same site as the link in the question, there's is a later post with more details, including relevant photos of the priority lane.
Apparently:
It depends on your luck. You may be accepted, or you may not.
Officially, the Fast Track lane is now reserved for people who bought the "Sawasdee by AOT" fast track service and a limited number of other cases (while it previously also allowed First and Business class passengers, with a "Premium lane" pass issued by the airline).
Officially, the Priority lane is reserved for Thai citizens, disabled, seniors, etc, and does not officially include First and Business class passengers, as illustrated by the signs:

(both photos from the article linked to above)
Officially, there is no longer an automatic priority or fast track lane for business class / first class passengers (though it's possible some airlines provide vouchers/passes to get through like they used to).
But sometimes you may be able use the priority lane nevertheless, though how/why/when is unclear. Some people seem to be accepted every time, others turned away every time (but it's not always clear exactly which lane they tried to use).
This page tells us:
ARRIVAL IMMIGRATION CHECK
The Priority Fast Track immigration is designed for Business and First Class passengers. Access rules for these lanes have been inconsistent lately, sometimes changing monthly. Currently, these lanes are usually positioned near the outer ends of the immigration hall rather than the center. Signage is often poor or missing entirely. Look for staff and follow the flow of other premium passengers to find the correct line.
