Starting work in Switzerland and surprised by a very minimal contract. Normal practice or huge red flag?

I just received a job offer from a Swiss company. I’m now reviewing the contract, and to my surprise, it’s extremely simple. Single page and a few sentences. It only lists: Job Title and Employment type (Permanent), Start date, Trial period, Working hours, and Salary. And that’s it... This isn’t my first job, and in my previous contracts (none of them in Switzerland, to be clear) there was always much more detail like holidays, sick leave, pension contributions, termination, non-compete clauses, raises, etc.

The company is mid-sized and established. I'm confident it's legit. So I’m simply wondering: Is this just how contracts work in Switzerland? Do they keep things short and leave the rest to standard employment law and/or collective agreements? The position looks great, but I want to be sure I'm not setting myself up for a nasty surprise in the future.

There are other documents, employment policies and guide(s) that will be referred to, or included in the contract.

As I have just ended a 20 year contract with a Swiss company I can promise you that... I have the original contract, various contract extensions and overtime agreements, but there are the extra details like hours, Dress code, holidays, pension agreements, tax details including dependants etc which all come into play.

Just ask the HR representative for the other bits, easy. Any legit company will make sure you have all your questions answered.
