If I wanted to brush up on MS Windows how relevent is Windows XP to Windows 10/11? [closed]

I abandoned MS Windows for Linux and OpenBSD over 15 years ago; however, as the IT job market features Windows 10/11 and as I am trying to break into the IT profession, I thought it prudent to refamiliarize myself with Windows. I was hoping to find my old copy of Windows 7, but I could only find Windows XP and Windows 98SE. I plan on creating a VM to test the system out, but how radically different from a system administrator's point of view are Windows XP and Windows 11? I did some research but found more information about the kernel's lack of change. How different are the sysadmin tools like netsh (I literally cannot remember any other of the top of my head). Are the various admin tools the same or would I have just about as much use as installing 98SE and expecting to learn anything about 10/11?

Comment: microsoft.com/en-us/evalcenter - for lab setups the 3 months (renewable three times, for total of nine months IIRC) windows versions should work fine
